The Bulgarian Association for Hydrogen, Fuel Cells and Energy Storage (BGH2A) is looking for a motivated professional to join our team.
About us
BGH2A is a leading national organization dedicated to advancing hydrogen technologies and supporting the clean energy transition in Bulgaria and Southeast Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and contribute to EU and national projects, from proposal development to implementation and reporting
- Prepare project documentation, as well as technical and financial reports
- Develop policy positions related to hydrogen regulation and funding frameworks
- Work with platforms such as SYGMA; experience with projects funded under Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and LIFE programmes is considered an asset
- Engage with stakeholders including institutions, industry, academia, the European Commission, and Hydrogen Europe
- Support the organization of events and communication activities
- Maintain active engagement with BGH2A members
Requirements
- University degree in political or social sciences, energy, environment, sustainability, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in EU and/or national project management
- Understanding of EU energy and climate policies is a strong asset
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with institutions and other target groups
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent written and spoken English
