Launch of the Hydrogen Valleys Knowledge Centre

The Clean Hydrogen Partnership has officially launched the Hydrogen Valleys Knowledge Centre (H2V Knowledge Centre) – a new platform aimed at sharing expert insights and building capacity for Hydrogen Valleys and the wider hydrogen community.

The Centre is part of the H2V Facility, funded by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, and is available via the dedicated website: www.h2v.eu

What does the Centre offer?

The Knowledge Centre is structured around four key dimensions that support hydrogen projects in reaching Final Investment Decision (FID):

🔹 Regulatory
🔹 Governance

Visitors to the site can access practical tools and resources, including:

  • Guidance on securing offtake agreements

  • Hydrogen market overview

  • Contracting and procurement strategies

  • Milestone planning towards FID

In addition, the platform provides a library of documents and relevant links to support project development.

What’s coming next?

Starting in Q4 2025, the Centre will host webinars with content experts and interactive workshops aimed at project developers and stakeholders in the hydrogen sector.

About the H2V Facility

The H2V Facility is a five-year initiative led by a consortium of Roland Berger, Worley, and Inycom, under the mandate of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership. It supports the EU’s goal of having 50 operational or under-construction Hydrogen Valleys by 2030.

The Facility operates through three pillars:
